WP3 – Recommendations for governance, sustainability and investment planning
This work package aims to:
- Identify best practices and processes from ESFRI and others and adapted to TIs and propose options for a governance model for TIs at EU level with the inclusive involvement of the TI community
- Produce capacity building and policy recommendations and guidelines to improve the value proposition of RI-TI integrated services adapted to user needs, strengthen the long-term sustainability of RI and TI service delivery models, foster RIs and TIs pan-EU accessibility and create sustainable thematic networks for RIs and TIs in strategic value chains
- Produce guidelines and action plans to better integrate RIs and TIs in relevant policies and funding instruments (incl. synergies), to consolidate a sustainable observatory of policy initiatives for RIs and TIs and a mapping of TIs connected to RIs, and to assess gaps, priorities and coordinate multi-levels investments in RIs and TIs
